FAQ

  • Processing and Shipping

    Our current processing time is 3-4 business days. Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. Shipping can take anywhere from a week to a few days, depending on if it is First Class mail or Priority mail. Processing and Shipping times may vary depending on the collection or time of year. This page as well as the listings of the items will have information if it is different than our typical times. We are not responsible for an order that is marked as “delivered” but you have not recieved it, we reccommend you contact your local post office.

    We ship via FedEx (larger orders) or USPS (smaller orders). Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees, including shipping insurance if requested (please e-mail to request).

    Please be sure to triple check your address as Black Label Candle Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender", Black Label Candle Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  

    Please be aware that Black Label Candle Co. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier

  • Returns and Exchanges

    We do not accept returns except for extinuating circumstances (these are left up to us). If there is something missing from you order, please email us at blacklabelcandleco@gmail.com and we will get you taken care of.

     If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at blacklabelcandleco@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged produc

  • Local Pickup

    We will reach out to you via email within 2 business days to either drop off your order on your porch or set up a meeting to get you your order!

    Please note that the “local pickup” porch drop off radius is within 15 minutes from the east side of Wichita. If you are out west, far north etc then we will contact you for us to meet up. The minimum for a local porch drop off is also $45.00. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us. Local deliveries and meet ups are done on Sundays, if you absolutely need you order sooner just email us and we will be happy to help!

    Also note that if you chose porch drop off, Black Label Candle Company is not responsible if you order goes missing from your porch.

  • Variations

    All of our products are hand made and with natural ingredients. therefore variations are to be expected. Each and every product we make is carefully inspected before heading to your doorstep. These variations do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

    Candles + Wax Melts • Changes in temperature may cause the top of your candle to melt slightly in hot delivery trucks/mailboxes. This occurs naturally and we have no control over the weather! Once your candle is in your home, it will cool down. This does not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.

    Aroma Sprays • Different fragrance combinations mixed with our linen mist recipe may cause a milky or cloudy appearance. This is normal and varies from scent to scent. It does not affect the way your mist will work or smell. Be sure to give these a shake before use to mix everything together for the best results.
